Our exclusive artisan-crafted products All our merchandise is the fruit of hand-crafted
artisanship, therefore each piece may not appear exactly as shown in the
images of our catalog. Such slight alterations are intrinsic to all hand-crafted
artisanship, not subject to any form of standardization in the work process.
How to fill out an Order You have looked at our catalog (click on Collectible,
Jewelry, Home Decor, etc.) and you have found an article you wish to purchase?
We thank you! This is how you proceed to fill out an Order:
-Register by inserting your personal data on the on-line form, necessary
for the calculation of your shipping cost.
-Insert the quantity of pieces you wish to purchase (1, 2, 3, etc.) in the
appropriate box of the article of your choice and click on shopping cart.
At the bottom of the page you will find the following functions:
-clicking on the menu Articles in the cart, you will see the type of article
you inserted.
-clicking on Visualize Cart, you will see the list of articles inserted
in the cart with the shipping cost of your order.
-clicking on Estimates, you will see the price estimates requested by you
with the shipping cost as well.
Click on Visualize Cart and you will have a summary of your purchases with
prices, the method of payment and - if you reside in the specified areas
and/or if the total weight of your Order does not exceed the specified limit
- the shipping cost for the entire Order.
The Order is modifiable up until you click on the Order function.
-Click on Order and your Order will reach us automatically and you will
also receive a copy via email..
Order and shipping costs It is absolutely vital that you insert your Personal
data to place an Order with La Bottega dei Cristalli. Other than for accurate
merchandise delivery, your personal data is necessary to determine the shipping
cost to your address. Our online system of automatic calculation of the
shipping weight of the merchandise of any given Order is calculated according
to geographical locations, and is limited in its calculations for the shipping
of Orders with exceptional quantities of items. If you reside outside such
locations and/or if the merchandise you have ordered exceeds the specified
weight of our online system, the Total cost quoted on your Order will not
include shipping cost and will be filed as an Estimate. Upon receipt of
your Order, the Bottega will be sure to notify you via email of the shipping
cost, adding it to your Estimate thereby allowing you to submit the Order
and proceed to payment by credit card.
Method of payment - Credit Card: the following cards are accepted
by our Banca Sella: Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express. The transaction
takes place on the server of our Banca Sella with all its security safeguards.
P.S. Payment by Credit Card immediately following the sending of the Order
is available to anyone who, residing in the geographical zones and in keeping
with the set limitations of shipping weight as specified by our system,
should obtain the calculation of the shipping cost in "Visualize shopping
cart". Should this not apply to you, you will still receive an email
from us in which we will specify the shipping cost, along with the method
of payment and the expected date of delivery of the merchandise, awaiting
for your confirmation of purchase.
-Money order: the money order is to be in Euro, for the total amount of
your order, made out to LA BOTTEGA DEI CRISTALLI. Then it must be mailed
to LA BOTTEGA DEI CRISTALLI, via dei Benci 51r, 50122, Florence, Italy.
Upon receipt of your money order we will immediately ship you the items
of your choice.
-Bank draft: you will promptly receive an email from us with our bank coordinates
to be able to proceed with the payment by draft in Euro for the total amount
of your order. Upon receipt of your draft we will immediately ship you the
items of your choice.
Shipping The pieces you have chosen will be properly and
securily packed and shipped by the Italian Postal Service.They will arrive
to destination in Italy within 6 business days, and within 16 business days
outside Italy.
